How to Loose Weight in Two Weeks on a Healthy Juice Diet:

What you need is lots of bottled or filtered water, a blender, a juice extractor, a small grinder, some juicer recipes, and a supply of fresh vegetables, fruit and a few other things as follows:

Shopping List:

Carrots, Tomatoes, Celery, Cabbage, Lettuce, Spinach, Cucumbers, Green and red peppers, Green leafy veggies of any kind, Parsley, Cilantro, Garlic, Oranges, Apples, lemons, Flax seeds, Seaweed, Spirulina, Sea salt, Cayenne, Maple syrup / organic unpasteurized honey, Soy lecithin, soy sauce (optional), a variety of herbal teas, water

Morning Wakeup / Breakfast

(a) Start your juice cleanse by drinking at least two glasses of pure water (hot, warm or room temperature) as soon as you wake up in the morning. After 15 minutes to half hour, add two tablespoons of ground flax seed to a glass of warm water, blend with spirulina, and drink immediately.

(b) Juice two apples and some celery stalks and drink immediately (repeat this once or twice during the morning if possible)

Celery is one of the few vegetables that can be mixed with anything, however.

(g) drink herbal tea as much as you like – especially mint, chamomile or fruity blends. Play with adding a little orange or lemon, some fresh ginger, a dash of cayenne to spice it up, or even a pinch of cinnamon or a drop of anis if you have some in the house.

Repeat the above basic juice diet, trying different juicer recipes to provide variety during the two weeks. Season your juices to be as tasty as soups or desserts, adding dashes or pinches of your favorite herbs, a bit of soy sauce, a sprinkle of soy lecithin, or a touch of honey / syrup.
